- Waynesboro Fire Department Museum
The Waynesboro Fire Department has a museum at the South Potomac Street Fire Station. The fire department has collected over 60 fire marks, Parade ribbons from New York to South Carolina dating back before the civil war. There is over a hundred of fire and emergency services patches. There is a large toy fire truck collection, trophies, speaking trumpets, old radios, nozzles and even a piece of a wooden water main. The photographs date back as far as the late 1800’s. The museum is FREE to the public.
